In this episode of Conversations with Seven Sisters we have Valerie Kay (Vassar ℅ ‘89), a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, on being your own CEO.
Valerie touches on how to get your career started when you aren’t fully sure where to begin and what your goals are. She discusses being intentional with your career and the choices you make. Valerie shares about how her career on Wall Street got started with an ad in the paper, being a woman in finance in the ‘90’s, and developing her personal brand.
Making critical career choices is difficult and this episode will help you gain clarity and perspective on the choices facing you. Let Valerie and I know you listened by posting on one of our Facebook Groups about what you learned from the episode!
